Role Overview
Product Manager (5+ years)
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with AiSensy’s business objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to influence product strategy.
- Drive long-term product vision while balancing short-term business goals.
Execution & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and wireframes.
- Work with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Manage product sprints, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
Customer-Centric Development
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and support teams to gather feedback.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze data to validate product decisions.
- Continuously iterate features to improve adoption, retention, and ROI for clients.
Go-to-Market & Growth
- Partner with marketing and sales to define GTM plans for product launches.
- Enable internal teams with the right product knowledge, collateral, and training.
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive product-led growth initiatives.
Analytics & Insights
- Define and track key product metrics (adoption, engagement, churn, NPS).
- Use data-driven insights to make product decisions and prioritize enhancements.
- Present product performance and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in
Product Management
(SaaS or B2B environment preferred). - Proven success in managing
end-to-end product lifecycle
in a fast-paced environment. - Strong knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
and software development processes. - Hands-on experience with tools like
Jira, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar
. - Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, SQL/Excel, and dashboards.
- Excellent
stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
. - Experience working with
messaging/communication platforms, APIs, or martech tools
is a plus. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science;
MBA preferred
. - Ability to lead, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
