With $9M in funding from Z47, Accel, and marquee angel investors, we’re on a path of rapid expansion. Driven by in-house designing & manufacturing and deep customer insights, we have grown exponentially in the last few quarters, and we are super excited to accelerate this growth further. We’re seeking a seasoned and customer-focused Product Lead to join Our Team , to own and enhance Aramya’s digital shopping experience. Reporting to a senior leader with unparalleled expertise in strategy and execution, this role is critical in driving user engagement, optimizing customer journeys, and building a seamless e-commerce platform aligned with our ambitious growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Aramya’s D2C e-commerce platform. Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth. User Experience & Optimization: Lead the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces in collaboration with design and engineering teams. Continuously optimize customer journeys through A/B testing, personalization, and data-driven insight s. Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and ownership. Collaborate with stakeholders across design, marketing, tech, and operations to align product goals with business objectives. Analytics & Insights: Leverage advanced analytics tools to track key performance metrics, understand user behavior, and inform product decisions. Use data to refine features, improve engagement, and optimize the platform for scalability. An ideal candidate MUST have: 7–9 years of product management experience, with 3–4 years in leadership roles. Proven expertise in launching and scaling digital products in D2C e-commerce or fashion/lifestyle sectors. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, customer-centric design, and data-driven decision-making. Experience managing high-performance teams and collaborating across functions. Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar. Candidates from top-tier institutes and organizations with a strong pedigree are preferred. Show more Show less
