Job Description

As a Product Lead specializing in complex OpenText implementation, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Work on complex OpenText implementation projects with a client-focused approach. - Analyze customer's business requirements and objectives to translate them into technical solutions. - Generate Functional and Technical Design documentation. - Analyze existing systems and validate the design. - Develop overall solution and system design. - Design application and solution architecture, interface with customers and partners. - Create or contribute to customer-facing proposals. - Implement OpenText projects in coordination with OpenText Project Manager. - Provide solution management and leadership for assigned projects. - Estimate effort and resources needed for project planning. - Optimize performance, conduct testing and tuning. - Ensure quality assurance for both OpenText and partner deliveries. - Manage customer satisfaction related to technical solutions. - Deliver advanced best practice product training post Open Text training and project experience. - Mentor other consultants and ensure quality of individual and team deliverables. - Manage knowledge effectively and prepare lessons learned documentation. - Conduct End of Project reviews for team members when necessary. - Support optimization and continuous improvement programs. Your experience in OpenText implementation along with your leadership skills will be crucial in successfully delivering projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.,
