You are a skilled Product Lead with 12 to 15 years of experience in complex OpenText implementation projects. You excel in analyzing customer's business requirements and transforming them into technical solutions. Your role involves producing Functional and Technical Design documentation, validating existing systems, and designing overall solutions. As a Product Lead, you are responsible for designing application and solution architecture, interfacing with customers and partners, and working on customer-facing proposals. You collaborate with OpenText Project Manager to implement OpenText projects, estimate effort and resource expertise required, and provide solution management/leadership on assigned projects. Your expertise includes performance optimization, testing, tuning, and quality assurance of both OpenText and partner deliveries. You play a crucial role in managing customer satisfaction regarding the technical solution, providing best practice product training, mentoring other consultants, and ensuring the quality of individual and team deliverables. Additionally, you actively engage in knowledge management, prepare lessons learned, perform End of Project reviews for team members when necessary, and support optimization and continuous improvement programs. Your location for this role is Kolkata, and the budget is as per market standards. The ideal candidate will have an immediate or 30 days maximum notice period.,
