Product Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining one of the cross-functional product teams at Arcesium in either Hyderabad or Bangalore office for an Individual contributor role. This team is focused on developing the core accounting product offering of the platform. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to define and design the next generation of products on the platform, collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, and work with sophisticated hedge funds worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Carry the product/feature from concept to creation - Brainstorm product/feature and its value proposition for the client base - Translate the vision into documents such as product roadmap and product/feature specification by delving into the domain, gathering requirements, and conducting business analysis - Collaborate closely with engineers/architects to translate the Product Specification to design and then to the product itself - Prepare comprehensive business test cases/beds to support the engineering process - Continuously evaluate the progress of the product/feature-in-flight using test cases/beds to ensure compliance with the product/feature specification and vision - Identify and address risks/assumptions proactively - Escalate issues and mitigate execution risks promptly - Conduct competitor analysis Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in front, middle, and/or back-office space with advanced knowledge in Trade Accounting and operations - Familiarity with Fixed income asset classes and related concepts such as amortization, loan settlements, etc. - Experience collaborating with engineers - Excellent academic background and enthusiasm for working in a high-tech software development environment - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Critical thinking ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders - Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and quality - High level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude - Resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity, and execution prowess - Proficiency in coding in Python is a must - Post-graduate degree in finance - Certifications in financial domain such as CA, CFA will be an added advantage,
