Product Lead

As a Product Lead, you will primarily be responsible for leading complex OpenText implementation projects with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Your role will involve analyzing customer's business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. You will be expected to produce Functional and Technical Design documentation, validate existing systems, and design overall solution architecture. Additionally, you will collaborate with OpenText Project Manager to implement OpenText projects and provide solution management on assigned projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design application and solution architecture, interface with customers and partners - Produce customer facing proposals and estimate effort/resource expertise required for project planning - Optimize performance, conduct testing, tuning, and ensure quality assurance of deliveries - Manage customer satisfaction of the technical solution and provide advanced best practice product training - Mentor other consultants, assure quality of deliverables, and actively contribute to knowledge management - Conduct End of Project reviews for team members and support continuous improvement programs Qualifications Required: - 12 to 15 years of experience in complex OpenText implementation, VIM, SAP Products - Capable of working on immediate or 30 days max notice period - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a day shift at the Kolkata office location Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with an expected start date of 20/05/2025.,
