Key Responsibilities

· inside sales representatives (cold calling, Mails and linked in outreach) to hit and exceed sales goals

· Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive new leads and conversions

· Implement proven sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking to optimize team productivity

· Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing deals

· Partner with marketing to align campaigns and lead-generation tactics with sales priorities

· Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasting reports using CRM tools

· Develop ongoing training and enablement to keep the team’s sales skills and product knowledge sharp

· Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and ensure a seamless transition to Customer Success

· Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities

Qualifications

· 4+ years of B2B inside sales experience

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or technology company

· Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, revenue cycle management, or AI-driven products is a big plus

· Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales enablement software

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to inspire and coach a team, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹209,467.68 - ₹831,667.30 per year
