About the Role

We’re looking for sharp and driven Product Interns who are keen to build a career in product management. This internship is a launchpad for those who are transitioning from data, growth, or operations backgrounds into the world of product development. You will work directly with Product Managers and gain exposure across the product lifecycle—from problem discovery and user journey analysis to feature execution and performance tracking.

What You’ll Work On

• Product Thinking & User Research

Assist in identifying user problems, analyzing journeys, and prioritizing pain points using data, user feedback, and behavioral insights.

• Data & AI Experimentation

Use tools like ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, and AI workflows (lovable.dev, Make.com, Airtable AI, etc.) to creatively solve product and process problems—such as content generation, automation, or analysis.

• Growth Experiments Without App Releases

o Run experiments using Firebase Remote Config, feature flags, and A/B testing frameworks

o Design and execute communication-based A/B tests via WhatsApp, Push Notifications, App Inbox, and In-App Messaging

o Analyze results and help implement the winning variants

• Behavioral Analysis & Funnel Diagnosis

o Analyze user funnels across features (e.g., referrals, cashback journeys, missing cashback) to identify drop-offs o Perform user segmentation and behavioral profiling to uncover insights

o Recommend product changes based on user behavior data

• Feature Execution Support in documenting product requirements, defining success metrics, and coordinating with design and tech teams to ensure timely launches.

• Campaign/Program Management Help execute internal growth campaigns—such as nudges, milestone rewards, and retention programs—and track their impact.

• Automation & Dashboards Build simple tools or dashboards to reduce manual effort, track experiments, or report product KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• Internship or project experience in product, growth, data, or marketing

• Comfort with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Airtable AI, Make.com

• Logical thinking and a basic understanding of metrics (no need for SQL, but data comfort is key) • Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset • Clear written communication and structured thinking

• Bonus: Experience building any dashboard or automation using AI or no-code platforms
