Key Responsibilities Conduct financial wellness workshops under The Wealth Path program (onsite or virtually). Deliver sessions in local plant languages to ensure accessibility and understanding. Guide participants on topics such as budgeting, saving, debt management, and financial planning. Encourage positive behavioral change through practical advice and empathetic communication. Collaborate with the MantraCare Wellness Team to adapt materials for specific audiences. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred). Certification in financial planning or coaching is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to deliver sessions in local/plant-specific languages .
