Qualifications - Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology/Counselling Psychology or Industrial Psychology. - Strong understanding of psychological concepts and holistic wellbeing frameworks. - Good writing and communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus). - Interest in digital mental health, content creation, and user engagement. About the Role We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Financial Wellness Coaches to lead these sessions across various plant locations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communicating complex financial concepts in a clear, culturally sensitive, and motivating way — ensuring every participant feels confident about their financial journey. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial wellness workshops under The Wealth Path program (onsite or virtually). Deliver sessions in local plant languages to ensure accessibility and understanding.
