Requirements: 4 - 8 years of experience in or secured loan sales via DSA/channel sourcing. Strong network of DSAs and understanding of secured loan documentation. Prior experience working with or coordinating across lending institutions. Excellent communication, relationship management, and follow-up skills. Comfortable with fieldwork and independently handling partner relationships. Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
