Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Finance team with 1-3 years of experience in FinTech, NBFC or Banks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Track daily disbursements and repayments of loans.
Prepare monthly revenue billing.
Create and evaluate MIS reports, monthly ledgers, and lender reconciliations.
Reconcile bank statements regularly.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support key strategic and business decisions.
Maintain accurate documentation, files, and accounting data.
Coordinate with various teams, monitor progress, and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Requirements:

CA Intermediate / MBA in Finance / B. Com. Graduate
Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in Finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a preference for candidates with accounting knowledge.
Familiarity with tech implementations is a plus.
