Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations, including vendor selection, RFQs/RFPs, contract negotiations, and purchase order processing.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT,Administration, and Business teams) to understand sourcing requirements and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Maintain and optimize vendor databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvements in quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate and review contracts to mitigate risks, ensure favorable terms, and achieve cost savings.
• Analyze spend data, track procurement budgets, and present insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements across the procurement lifecycle.
• Stay updated on market trends and supplier innovations to inform sourcing strategies.

Qualification Criteria

• 4 to 8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Sound understanding of procurement systems, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a global and cross-cultural environment.
