Procurement Executive

Role Overview: As a capable and motivated individual with a great attitude, your role will involve the procurement of all kinds of materials, including raw materials and machinery. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Procurement Receipts, Physical Inspection, Stacking, and maintaining the Minimum & Maximum Level of Critical & Fast-Moving Items - Maintaining all procurement documents and reconciling vendor statements with the Oracle System & Manual - Conducting Stock Verification, analyzing Vendor Performance & Price Variance - Planning for daily consumables material for the next one month, monitoring billing status, and preparing comparative statements - Ensuring the quality & quantity of material purchased at the site - Creating different reports as required by Management - Expediting with vendors and our Head Office - Budgeting and preparing Monthly Budgets as per the project requirements on-site Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in procurement or a related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using Oracle System and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently Please note that the company is located in Bangalore and offers a full-time position.,
