Process Excellence Manager

As a Process Excellence Manager at our client's team in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and process optimization. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. - Partner with clients to assess business processes and identify areas for efficiency, standardization, and cost optimization. - Design and implement process improvement strategies leveraging methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and others. - Conduct detailed process mapping, value-stream analysis, and root-cause analysis to recommend data-driven solutions. - Develop SOPs, workflows, and performance dashboards to monitor KPIs and ensure sustained process improvements. - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and brainstorming activities to equip client teams with process improvement tools and best practices. - Support digital transformation initiatives including automation, analytics, and process digitization. - Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes within client organizations. - Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, reports, and insights to senior stakeholders. - Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery within agreed budgets and quality standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 5-8 years of experience in Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence, preferably in a management consulting environment. - Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or similar process improvement methodologies is highly desirable. - Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making. - Excellent client-facing, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and analytics platforms. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. Preferred Skills: - Experience with digital tools like RPA, BPM, or analytics software. - Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, or Technology. - Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment.,
