Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Process Excellence team for JLL, where you will have a high level of independence to work on enhancing skills and delivering consistent and qualitative benefits. As a member of the Business Excellence and Transformation team, you will need to possess an analytical and process-driven mindset to design and implement innovative processes and solutions that drive efficiencies and effectiveness across JLL's business lines. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Process Excellence Lead and team in designing and facilitating process discovery workshops, process improvement workshops, and documenting outcomes - Document process design requirements, process flow maps, and technical design documentation using JLL standard documentation tools - Translate future state process designs into actionable delivery and change plans - Support the Portfolio Lead and Program Manager in developing project plans for delivering future state process designs and breakthrough improvements - Coordinate with other transformation leads to build project plans for large-scale transformations - Develop and manage project plans for discovery, design, and delivery of future state process designs and improvements - Facilitate stand-ups for process improvement projects and author meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - LEAN Expert / Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt certification (Must) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and project management applications - Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively identify potential issues and formulate solutions - Facilitation skills to lead process and design sessions with guidance from senior Process Excellence practitioners - Ability to build effective working relationships with internal partners and colleagues Additional Details: You will be joining an entrepreneurial and inclusive culture at JLL, where success is achieved together across the desk and around the globe. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a high energy and positive attitude, are also key requirements for this role.,
