Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Executive to support our business development and sales efforts in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in handling RFPs, solution design, and OEM coordination. You will play a key role in understanding customer requirements and crafting competitive proposals.


Key Responsibilities:

Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents to extract technical and commercial requirements.

Prepare comprehensive bid responses, including eligibility documents, technical compliance, and solution proposals.

Coordinate with OEMs for solution mapping, pricing, and support for POCs.

Create detailed technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.

Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, procurement) to deliver timely and accurate responses.

Arrange and support customer POCs in collaboration with OEMs and technical teams.

Conduct site visits for requirement gathering and solution validation.

Collaborate with partners and system integrators as needed for joint responses or solution delivery.

Track and manage submissions on various tender platforms including GeM and partner portals.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a presales or bid management role.

Good understanding of:

Networking and Server-Storage Solutions

Cybersecurity (Firewalls, Endpoints)

SD-WAN, EMS/NMS platforms

Working knowledge of Microsoft, Red Hat, and VMware licensing and products.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience using tender platforms like GeM and OEM partner portals.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
