Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing communication with potential clients, responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and working closely with the sales team. Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service throughout the presale process to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Skills in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Communication skills and experience in Customer Service
• Experience with RFPs and ability to effectively respond to them
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the interior design industry is a plus
