As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role involves reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, and online platforms. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements and proposing suitable property solutions. Your key responsibilities include: - Making outbound calls to potential leads and maintaining call logs. - Providing accurate information about real estate projects to clients. - Scheduling site visits and following up on leads effectively. - Working towards achieving monthly sales targets and performance metrics. - Coordinating with the field sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Using CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Excellent English communication skills are essential. - Confidence and target-oriented mindset are required. - Prior experience in the real estate market is preferred. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills are necessary. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - A strong understanding of the real estate market is advantageous. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
