Sourcing Manager

You will be working with The Kaamdhenu Builders, a prominent real estate development company known for delivering top-quality commercial and residential spaces in Navi Mumbai. Your role as a Sourcing Manager will involve driving lead generation for commercial real estate sales by identifying qualified leads through various channels such as broker networks, digital platforms, field outreach, and inbound inquiries. Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners will be crucial in ensuring a steady pipeline of leads aligned with project-specific targets. Engaging with prospects, understanding their requirements, and highlighting project USPs will be key responsibilities. You will also be responsible for executing local marketing activations and events to enhance project visibility and attract walk-ins. Conducting client consultations, qualifying leads, and facilitating smooth handoffs to the sales closing managers will be part of your daily tasks. Maintaining accurate lead data in CRM systems, analyzing sourcing performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align lead flow will be essential for success in this role. Staying updated on market trends, competitor launches, and buyer behavior to provide strategic input on pricing, positioning, and messaging will also be expected from you. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, particularly in commercial projects. Having a well-established network of brokers and channel partners in Navi Mumbai, strong communication skills, proficiency in CRM platforms and digital tools, as well as the ability to work weekends and travel across project sites as needed are some of the key requirements.
