Job Title: Sourcing Manager
Company: GreyMatter Advisory (Mandate Firm)

Location: Mumbai (Western Suburbs)
Salary: ₹3–8 LPA

Role Overview

GreyMatter Advisory is hiring a Sourcing Manager to manage and grow channel partner (CP) networks for a luxury real estate project. The role focuses on CP activation, sales generation, site visits, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard, manage, and activate channel partners
Drive sales through CPs, site visits, and references
Coordinate digital campaigns and telecalling via CPs
Train CP teams on project details
Conduct CP meetings, site walk-ins, and events
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Requirements

1+ year real estate sourcing experience (Mumbai – Western Market)
Strong CP network (50+ channel partners)
Two-wheeler with valid license
Graduate preferred
Good communication and relationship skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
