Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate agencies across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Generate qualified leads and drive sales for assigned projects through CP engagement.
Conduct regular CP meetings, site visits, and project briefings to keep partners updated.
Act as a bridge between CPs and the internal sales/marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Develop sourcing strategies to increase partner activation and monthly lead inflow.
Ensure CPs are equipped with all necessary project information, pricing, and marketing materials.
Track and analyze CP performance and maintain strong follow-ups to achieve monthly sales targets.
Participate in real estate events, exhibitions, and partner meets to grow the CP network.
Maintain accurate records of CP interactions, leads, and conversions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
