Role Overview: As a Closing Manager at our company, your primary objective is to close deals and drive sales. You will be responsible for increasing direct sales at a site to meet sales targets and handling all direct and CP enquiries. Your role will involve giving feedback calls to customers, negotiating effectively, and ensuring timely closure of deals through regular follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Increase direct sales at a site to achieve sales targets - Handle all direct and CP enquiries - Give feedback calls to customers and update the walk-in report accordingly - Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to successfully close deals - Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure closure - Manage the end-to-end booking process, including the collection of the initial booking amount Qualification Required: - Graduation degree Additional Details: Our company offers a full-time job opportunity with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement. The work location is in person at Navi Mumbai. Please note that this role requires 1 to 3 years of experience and key skills such as good communication and expertise in the real estate market.
