• Designing and implementing Sales strategies to support continual Business growth with current and upcoming residential projects.
• Initiated the sale of property utilizing various marketing and advertising methods.
• Participating in various marketing & promotional activities and events.
• Manage appointments with clients.
• Managing and assisting the Buyer from Commitment to Settlement.
• Attending client for site visits.
• Rigorous follow-up of leads generated through various marketing Channels.
• Following up with the Customer, negotiating price and ensuring timely closure of deals
• Assisting Buyers with the financing of their new home purchase.
• Delivered convincing oral sales presentations to potential clients and investors.
• Preparing legal documents including sales contract.
• Provide the finest customer experience during all the conversation and aim at the customer delight.
• Report on sales Activities to top management

Interacting with the clients and channel partners on a regular basis & providing redress to all their queries, complaints & handling all client relation.
