Position: Closing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales visits and meet prospective clients to introduce VISIONSTONE’s projects.
• Explain product details — features, benefits — clearly and convincingly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Work on leads provided and also tap new leads via calls and in-person visits.
• Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and channel partners for various projects in your assigned city/area, facilitating deal closure.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong command over English.
• Ability to perform and deliver under challenging targets and dynamic market conditions.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand and cater to clients’ needs.
