Job Summary:

VISIONSTONE

is seeking a dynamic and experienced

AGM – Channel Sales

to lead and scale our channel partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the real estate brokerage community, a proven track record of sales achievement, and substantial experience in leading large teams. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Management:Develop, onboard, and manage relationships with a wide network of channel partners and brokers to generate consistent lead flow and bookings.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, ensuring individual and team targets are consistently achieved.Sales Strategy & Execution:Design and implement robust channel sales strategies to meet project-specific and organizational sales goals.Training & Development:Conduct regular training and capability-building programs for both internal teams and external channel partners.Target Achievement:Drive channel sales performance to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Market Intelligence:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to fine-tune sales strategies.Event & Campaign Management:Organize channel partner meets, roadshows, and other engagement activities to keep the network motivated and active.Lead Management:Ensure proper tracking, nurturing, and conversion of leads generated through the channel ecosystem.Reporting & Analytics:Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and MIS to provide visibility into performance metrics and pipeline status.Compliance & Governance:Ensure adherence to all company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical standards in all channel sales operations.

Requirements

:Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel sales within the real estate industry.Proven experience in leading and managing large sales teams.Strong network and relationships with brokers and channel partners.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
