Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Panvel for a Site Head. The Site Head will lead site operations, manage project execution, oversee sales and marketing strategies, and ensure project completion within deadlines. Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, coordinating with developers and clients, handling budget management, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Additionally, the Site Head will be involved in driving revenue growth, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Requirements 1. Deal Closure Lead and manage the closure of real estate deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Negotiate terms with clients, vendors, and contractors 2. Site Management: Maintain accurate records of site progress, client communications, financial transactions, and project documentation. 3. Team Coordination and Backhand Management: Supervise the backend team, including project managers, engineers, and other operational staff. Ensure effective communication and coordination between various departments, including procurement, design, and construction teams Provide guidance and leadership to the site and backend teams, ensuring clear goals, timelines, and responsibilities 4. Client Coordination and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Regularly update clients on project progress, timelines, and any challenges encountered. 5. Budget and Cost Management: Oversee the site budget, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints without compromising quality. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings, ensuring profitability for the company. 6 . Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the project, challenges, and achievements Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development in the real estate sector Project Management, Budget Management, and Resource Allocation skills Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills Excellent understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Safety Standards Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry
