Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and scaling VISIONSTONE's channel partner ecosystem as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) Channel Sales. Your role will involve developing and managing relationships with a wide network of channel partners and brokers to ensure a consistent lead flow and bookings. In addition, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets successfully. Your strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and ability to drive results through partnerships will be essential in designing and implementing robust channel sales strategies. You will be required to conduct regular training programs for both internal teams and external channel partners to enhance capabilities and drive target achievement. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences will be crucial in fine-tuning sales strategies. You will also be responsible for organizing channel partner meets, roadshows, and other engagement activities to keep the network motivated and active, as well as ensuring proper tracking, nurturing, and conversion of leads generated through the channel ecosystem. Maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide visibility into performance metrics and pipeline status will be part of your responsibilities. You will also need to ensure adherence to all company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical standards in all channel sales operations. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in channel sales within the real estate industry, along with a proven track record of leading and managing large sales teams. Strong networks and relationships with brokers and channel partners, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are also required. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and sales tracking systems is essential, and a Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred.,
