Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the sourcing and closing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase sales volumes.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Overseeing the negotiation and execution of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Providing guidance and support to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborating with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business optimization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the real estate industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
