Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for project positioning and business growth.
• Assist in market research, target audience identification, and brand messaging alignment.

ATL & BTL Marketing

• Coordinate ATL campaigns including print, outdoor, radio, and digital promotions.
• Assist in BTL activities such as site activations, brochures, marketing collaterals, and on-ground campaigns.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, printers, and event vendors.
• Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure execution quality under guidance.

Event Planning & Execution

• Support planning and execution of project launches, site events, client meets, channel partner events, and exhibitions.
• Assist in post-event reporting and lead data consolidation.

Communications & Branding

• Assist in internal and external communication initiatives.
• Support digital marketing efforts including social media coordination, email campaigns, and brand content execution.

Business Development Support

• Work closely with sales teams to support marketing-led lead generation initiatives.
• Assist in campaign execution aimed at investors, buyers, and channel partners.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals (ATL, BTL & digital basics).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and execute.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven attitude.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  MBA/PGDM in Marketing

  from an

  A-Grade University / Institute

  .

• Experience:

  Freshers or up to 1 year of experience

  (real estate exposure is an added advantage).
• Strong academic background with practical exposure through internships/projects.

• Immediate joiners preferred
