Closing Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Real Estate Closing Manager who understands that the deal isn’t truly done until it’s closed.You should be someone who thrives in high-stakes conversations, builds trust effortlessly, and can confidently guide customers from decision to documentation.As interest in our North Bangalore projects continues to surge, we’re expanding our team. We need a strong closer — someone who can turn a walk-in into a signed agreement, and a customer into a brand advocate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own the entire booking-to-agreement process with accuracy and efficiency
Build trust, clarity, and confidence with customers through the closing journeyHandle negotiations, pricing discussions, and documentation with professionalism Coordinate effectively with internal teams including Sales, CRM, Legal, and Finance
Ensure timely execution of all legal and commercial formalities
Address client concerns and resolve bottlenecks that might delay closureMeet and exceed closure targets, and celebrate every successful deal
Maintain accurate records of closed deals, agreements, and supporting documentsEnsure a smooth handover from booking to registration/handover teams
Be a subject matter expert on closing process, legal norms, payment plans, and project details .Required Skills & Experience:Prior experience as a Closing Manager in the real estate sector
Strong knowledge of property documentation, agreement processes, and legalcomplianceExcellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven cultureCustomer-first mindset with high attention to detail Familiarity with North Bangalore real estate market is a plus
Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM softwareWhat

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
