Ensuring that execution of work is as per consultants drawings. Site Survey & Monitoring daily site activities. Follow-up with Contractors and Quality Control Measures on site. Procurement planning of Material for site work and co-ordination with planning/Store department with seniors guidance. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports with co-ordination of Seniors guidance. Checking the Finishing, plumbing, electrical work, etc through subordinates Conducting Site co-ordination meetings with contractors for the progress / sequence of work through seniors guidance Timely resolution of issues and bottlenecks in the construction activities by addressing to the higher management and ensuring continuity of activities at site Monitoring that all works related check lists are adhered to approved formats through QC Dept. Guiding / educating junior staff during the course of work. Assisting Seniors when and were required for the progress of works. Need to Keep a regular check on the system of storage of materials on site, its shelf life and the work-abilities of material after procurement and before execution as well as after execution Need to keep a strict check on the working methodology as agreed by the contractor should keep a strict vigil on the workforce available on site. Taking various additional responsibilities given by the project manager from time to time.
