Role & responsibilities

Designing and implementing Sales strategies to support continual Business growth with current and upcoming residential projects.
Initiated the sale of property utilizing various marketing and advertising methods.
Participating in various marketing & promotional activities and events.
Manage appointments with clients.
Managing and assisting the Buyer from Commitment to Settlement.
Attending client for site visits.
Rigorous follow-up of leads generated through various marketing Channels.
Following up with the Customer, negotiating price and ensuring timely closure of deals
Assisting Buyers with the financing of their new home purchase.
Delivered convincing oral sales presentations to potential clients and investors.
Preparing legal documents including sales contract.
Provide the finest customer experience during all the conversation and aim at the customer delight.
Report on sales Activities to top management

Interacting with the clients and channel partners on a regular basis & providing redress to all their queries, complaints & handling all client relation.
