Job Description

As a Closing Manager, your role is crucial in increasing Direct-Sales at a site to achieve sales targets. Your key responsibilities include: - Handling all direct & CP enquiries effectively. - Making feedback calls to customers and updating the same in the walk-in report. - Demonstrating excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully. - Conducting regular follow-ups with customers to ensure closure of deals. - Ensuring a seamless end-to-end booking process with the collection of the initial booking amount. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A Graduate degree - 1 to 3 years of experience in sales - Good communication skills - Knowledge of the Real estate market - Basic computer skills Please note that the job is full-time and the work location is in person at Navi Mumbai.
