Position Overview:We are looking for a proactive and network-driven Sourcing Sales Executive to generate qualified leads for commercial real estate sales. This role focuses on identifying potential buyers through direct sourcing, channel partnerships, broker networks, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong market insight, excellent networking skills, and a proven ability to build and manage a high-value lead pipeline to support the sales closure team. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting• Identify and source qualified leads through broker networks, digital platforms, direct inquiries, and field activities.• Nurture relationships with potential clients and schedule site visits with the sales closing team.• Maintain a steady pipeline of property leads aligned to project targets.• Conduct local marketing activations and on-ground campaigns to attract interest. Broker & Channel Partner Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners.• Conduct regular project presentations, site visits, and briefings for partners.• Develop and execute channel engagement strategies to drive bookings.• Track partner performance and support incentive programs to boost productivity. Client Interaction & Handover• Conduct initial discussions with prospects to understand requirements and explain project offerings.• Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales closing team for final negotiations.• Follow up with clients post-handover to support further engagement and feedback.• Maintain professionalism and brand alignment during all customer interactions. CRM & Lead Tracking• Ensure accurate and timely entry of all lead details in the CRM system.• Monitor lead status, source effectiveness, and conversion trends.• Follow up on aged leads and re-engage potential prospects.• Coordinate closely with tele-calling, marketing, and sales teams for seamless lead flow. Market Intelligence & Strategy• Stay updated on market trends, upcoming developments, and competitor activities.• Share valuable insights with sales and marketing teams to refine sourcing strategies.• Identify high-potential micro-markets and target customer segments for lead generation.• Contribute to pricing discussions and campaign focus through market feedback. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).• 2-3 years of experience in real estate sourcing in commercial sales.• Strong broker/channel network in the Navi Mumbai region.• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and digital outreach platforms. Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Sourcing Manager to drive qualified lead generation for commercial real estate sales. This role is critical in identifying and activating buyer interest through direct sourcing, broker relationships, and strategic channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have deep market insight, strong local networks, and a proven ability to maintain a robust lead pipeline to support sales closures. Lead Generation & Prospecting • Identify and source qualified leads via broker networks, digital platforms, field outreach, and inbound inquiries. • Engage with prospects to understand requirements and pitch project USPs. • Maintain a consistent and high-quality pipeline of leads aligned to project-specific targets. • Execute local marketing activations and events to increase project visibility and generate walk-ins. Channel Partner & Broker Engagement • Build and nurture strong relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners across Navi Mumbai. • Conduct regular project briefings, site walkthroughs, and partner onboarding sessions. • Drive channel partner productivity through engagement, timely communication, and incentive support. • Track performance of external partners and implement corrective strategies to improve output. Client Interaction & Lead Qualification • Conduct initial client consultations to assess interest, needs, and budget fit. • Provide project details and schedule site visits in coordination with the closing team. • Ensure smooth and timely handoff of verified leads to the sales closing managers. • Stay connected with prospects post-handover to support follow-ups and referrals. CRM & Reporting • Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead data in CRM systems. • Track lead sources, movement through the funnel, and conversion potential. • Analyze sourcing performance and identify gaps or new opportunities. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tele-calling teams to align lead flow and feedback loops. Market Intelligence & Strategic Input • Stay informed about local market dynamics, competitor launches, pricing trends, and buyer behavior. • Share ground-level insights with internal teams to fine-tune targeting and campaign strategies. • Identify emerging micro-markets or segments for focused outreach. • Provide input on pricing, positioning, and messaging based on market feedback. Required Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 3–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, with a focus on commercial projects. • Established broker and channel partner network in Navi Mumbai. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Excel, and digital outreach tools.
