Job Description

Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote real estate projects Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about properties Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects accordingly Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations Schedule and confirm site visits for interested customers with the sales team Follow up with customers regularly to ensure site visit completion Maintain and update customer details, call status, and follow-up records in CRM/Excel Coordinate with the sales/site team for smooth site visit arrangements Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and site visit targets Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead closure updates Maintain professional communication and follow company call etiquette Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through courteous and clear communication
