Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and organization by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections. Supervise laborers on-site to ensure efficient execution of tasks and maintain a high level of quality control. Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress updates and provide feedback. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in building construction or related field (Real Estate Construction). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of residential high rise building construction methods and materials. Communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
