Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation

    : Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, using scripts to promote properties and generate interest.
  • Client Information

    : Explain property features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers and tenants.
  • Appointment Setting

    : Schedule property viewings (both virtual and in-person) with interested clients.
  • Inbound Call Handling

    : Address incoming calls, answering questions and resolving concerns about properties and services.
  • Database Management

    : Maintain and update customer databases with contact details, feedback, and interaction records.
  • Follow-Up

    : Follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support

    : Collaborate with the sales team by identifying potential clients and gathering market feedback.
  • Target Achievement

    : Work to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    : Strong oral and written communication skills, including active listening.

    : Ability to convince potential clients and guide them through the sales process.
