About the Role


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client follow-up and conversion.
  • Maintain and update lead databases (CRM) accurately.
  • Engage with potential buyers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals and follow-up reports.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales / telecalling / customer service (real estate experience preferred).

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and follow-up ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
