Presales Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Coordination with customer, Site sales

• Answering all telephonic incoming enquiries with as little delay as possible.
• Providing all relevant information to the leads either over phone, email or WhatsApp.
• Convincing the leads to visit the site.
• Inform our site sales team with the name of customer and his time for visiting the site.
• Helping the customer to reach the site.
• Arranging cabs for customer and coordinating with them till they visit site.
• Attending walk-in customers at head office to provide details of any project as per requirements.
• Educating customer by explaining our USPs and convincing them.
• Attending the property events or exhibition and helping customers with requirement.
• Inform customer about current payment offers at our sites.
• Provide information about our upcoming projects.
• Connecting new channel partners who call up by providing concerned persons number along with relevant project information.

2. Data/Report Management

• Call the customer post site visit to know his feedback
• Maintaining concise and meticulous record of follow ups done for the same.
• Daily reporting in predefined format.
• Reporting the quality of leads attended to help refine marketing campaigns.
• Collecting and updating price and unit details sheet for all sites.
• Collect feedback from customer and provide to management which help in analyzing customer needs.

3. Competitor & Market Knowledge

• Know our competitors and project nearby and understand the differential USP between our projects and their projects along with their price points.
