Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads from various marketing channels (digital campaigns, portals, referrals, etc.). Make outbound calls to new and existing leads generated. Qualify leads based on interest, budget, location preference, and readiness to buy. Maintain timely and effective communication with prospects via calls, emails, and messages. Schedule site visits, virtual tours, and meetings between clients and sales representatives. Follow up with client post-interaction to assess interest levels and provide additional support. Provide market insights and customer feedback to the marketing and sales teams. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 0–2 years in pre-sales, tele-calling, customer service, or real estate support roles. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in [English, Hindi and Marathi]. Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills Organized and process-driven approach Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
