Position Pre Sales Executive

Experience – 01 to 05 year

Qualification – Any Graduate

Location – Monday to Friday (One week off) & Saturday Sunday (Work From Home)

Timing – 10:00 am to 07:00 pm

• Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely
• Initiate the telephonic conversation with the potential or existing clients to generate leads or sales
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
• Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company
• Calling active customers to encourage the purchase of products.
• Must have good communication in English.
• Able to attend 100 calls per day.
• Handling international calls

Telecaller Requirements:

• Graduation or equivalent
• Priory experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role
• Good Computer Skill/MS Office/Mailing
