Pre-Sales Executive

conversion rates, revenue velocity, and client experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Client Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads via calls, website inquiries, emails, and walk-ins
  • Understand client requirements including scope, budget, timelines, and design expectations
  • Qualify leads based on intent, feasibility, and readiness before passing to sales/design teams
  • Conduct structured pre-sales consultations to assess project potential

Proposal & Sales Support

  • Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and basic presentations aligned with client requirements
  • Present company capabilities, portfolio, and service offerings with confidence
  • Support showroom visits, presentations, and client walkthroughs when required

CRM, Follow-ups & Conversion Support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/lead management systems
  • Drive disciplined follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel
  • Address client queries and objections to improve conversion probability

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales and design teams
  • Coordinate meetings, design briefings, and site visits
  • Stay informed on materials, services, pricing structures, and market trends

Performance & Professional Standards

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned lead qualification and conversion targets
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional client experience at every interaction

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or Marketing preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to structure conversations, ask the right questions, and assess client intent
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High ownership mindset with comfort in targets and accountability

Desirable

  • 0–3+ years of experience in pre-sales or sales (interiors, real estate, home décor, architectural products preferred)
  • Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and pricing
  • Multilingual capability is an advantage
