Presales Executive

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, and a proven track record of qualifying leads and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough lead qualification to determine the suitability of potential clients for our digital marketing services.
• Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our digital marketing solutions.
• Technical Consultation: Provide technical consultation to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Proposal Development: Assist in the development of customized proposals, tailoring them to the specific needs of each client.
• Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and confidence in our company.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-sales or a related field, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively present complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Knowledge of specific digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media marketing).
