Role Description This is an on-site full-time role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Indore. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and developing relationships with potential clients. Other day-to-day tasks include creating business development strategies, communicating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities Effective Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Lead Generation and building relationships with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — preferably within PR, Digital Marketing, or Influencer Marketing industries.
