Job Title: L&D Project Manager Location: Kochi / Kochi region (mostly on-site at Pittappillil HQ + travel to stores across Kerala as needed) Company: TinQwise India Learning & Development Pvt. Ltd. Type: Full-time (on TinQwise payroll, dedicated to Pittappillil project) Salary: ₹20,000–₹23,000 per month *About the Role:* TinQwise India is partnering with Pittappillil Agencies to design and implement a learning & development program for their retail teams. We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Learning Coordinator who will act as the on-ground link between the TinQwise India team and the Pittappillil leadership — ensuring smooth rollout, communication, and engagement throughout the learning program. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, people-oriented, and passionate about people development *Key Responsibilities* - Coordinate learning program activities for Pittappillil - from following up with content creation to inviting users and program rollout. - ⁠Act as the primary point of contact between TinQwise India and Pittappillil teams. - ⁠Track learner participation, feedback and performance data - share regular status reports - ⁠Support content creation, scheduling, and communication for learning modules - ⁠Ensure timelines, deliverables and quality standards are met. *Qualifications & Skills* - Fluent in English and Malayalam (required) - 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, HR, sales, training, or L&D implementation. - Good organizational skills. - ⁠Comfortable with using tech, digital tools and learning platforms (basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required). - ⁠Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. *Career Path* This is a project-based position under TinQwise India, dedicated to Pittappillil Agencies. Once project is completed and 6 month probation, can continue to work on similar project with TinQwise India. You’ll work closely with our Netherlands-based product and client teams to troubleshoot issues, respond to support tickets, and ensure smooth delivery of client solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Support & Communication Respond promptly to client queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems (Hubspot and Intercom). Understand client needs and communicate solutions clearly. Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, or Implementation) for complex issues. 2. Troubleshooting & Issue Management Investigate technical or configuration-related issues within the platform. Reproduce and document errors or user experience problems. Track issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution. 3. Documentation & Process Improvement Maintain internal documentation and FAQs for recurring issues. Suggest process improvements based on recurring patterns in client queries. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business). Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, product support, client servicing, or tech helpdesk (preferably in SaaS or learning platforms). Skill Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English communication. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Good understanding of web platforms and basic troubleshooting.
