📍 Location: Hybrid (Preferably work in Cherthala, Kerala for 3 days per week)💼 Experience: 0–2 years in client or product support🕒 Employment Type: Full-time💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per monthAbout the RoleAs a Product & Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our clients using the TinQwise Learning Experience Platform. You’ll work closely with our Netherlands-based product and client teams to troubleshoot issues, respond to support tickets, and ensure smooth delivery of client solutions.Key Responsibilities1. Client Support & CommunicationRespond promptly to client queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems (Hubspot and Intercom).Understand client needs and communicate solutions clearly.Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, or Implementation) for complex issues.2. Troubleshooting & Issue ManagementInvestigate technical or configuration-related issues within the platform.Reproduce and document errors or user experience problems.Track issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.3. Documentation & Process ImprovementMaintain internal documentation and FAQs for recurring issues.Suggest process improvements based on recurring patterns in client queries.RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business).Experience:0–2 years of experience in customer service, product support, client servicing, or tech helpdesk (preferably in SaaS or learning platforms).Skill Requirements:Excellent written and spoken English communication.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.Good understanding of web platforms and basic troubleshooting.Familiarity with ticketing tools is a plus.Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!📧 devika@tinqwise.in | 📞 +91 8330860974
