What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone promptly and professionally
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide clear, actionable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvement
• Ensure customer satisfaction with empathy, patience, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer support, client service, or helpdesk roles (SaaS experience is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM or support tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk, etc.)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Additional language skills (especially EMEA or APAC languages) are a plus
