As a Customer Support Specialist at our Trivandrum location, your role will involve being the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will: - Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly through phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Provide clients with product/service information and guidance. - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. - Record and track customer interactions using CRM tools. - Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for timely resolution. - Communicate customer feedback to management for service improvements. - Maintain a strong knowledge of company products and services. - Support sales and service teams with customer-related documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in a customer support or service role (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome). - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi is an added advantage. - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools. - Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. - A customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
