Customer Support Specialist

To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in a customer support or service role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). - Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi will be an added advantage). - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools. - Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. - Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
