About the Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly. Provide product/service information and guidance to clients. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams. Record and track customer interactions using CRM tools. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution. Collect and relay customer feedback to management for service improvements. Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services. Support sales and service teams with customer-related documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 0–1 years of experience in customer support or service role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi will be an added advantage). Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
